Q: HOW FAR AWAY IS THE BEACH?
A: There are beaches within 1 mile of our location. Our area boasts some of the finest beaches in the world.
Q: ARE THE RV SITES ON THE BAY?
A: Our RV sites are not waterfront sites. They do not sit directly on the bay, but the are very close to our park's waterfront common areas and residents and guests enjoy beautiful views of Anna Maria Island all around the park.
Q: DOES THE PARK HAVE BATH FACILITIES?
A: Yes, we have complete bath and shower facilities located among the RV sites. The facilities are locked/coded to ensure our guest's privacy and security.
Q: ARE CABLE AND INTERNET SERVICES AVAILABLE?
A: Yes, these services are available and can be connected to your site at your own expense.
Q: IS THERE A PLACE TO PUT MY BOAT IN THE WATER?
A: Yes, we offer 2 boat ramps. One for power boats and the other for kayaks/canoes.
Q: IS THERE STORAGE FOR MY BOAT?
A: No, we do not have any storage facilities available within the park. But there are several large marinas nearby.
Q: DO YOU TAKE CREDIT CARDS?
A: Yes, We accept Visa and Mastercard.
Q: IS THERE A DEPOSIT REQUIRED TO RESERVE A SITE?
A: Yes, there is a 50% payment due at the time of booking.
Q: CAN WE HAVE PETS?
A: No, to ensure the comfort of all our guests, pets are not allowed within the park.
Q: CAN WE STAY YEAR ROUND?
A: Our RV Park welcomes our guests to stay up to 6 continuous months.
Q: IS THIS AN ADULT COMMUNITY OR FAMILY COMMUNITY?
A: We are a 55+ park and children are welcome to visit for up to 1 week stay.
Q: IS SHOPPING NEARBY?
A: Yes, there are many shopping facilities nearby, including exclusive shopping at St. Armands Circle and Lakewood Main Street, the Prime Outlets, and more. We have provided some additional information on our Area Information area of our website.
